Orders and Shipping

You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can sign In to your account  to view your order status and history.

We accepts all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks via our Third-party payment gateway.

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.

Modification of Shipping address: You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +61 (0) 433 820 041 or email info@soofkala.com.au

Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Processed  Orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

We provide free shipping all over Australia
on all orders above $100, for international orders shipping charges will be applicable.

The vast majority of orders are delivered without a problem but should yours not be received after 7 working days to 15 working days. We will raise a full investigation with our couriers to track the parcel and establish whether the item has been delivered, mis-delivered or lost. We will place a replacement on hold for you until we have confirmed the situation with our couriers. If we are able to confirm and item is lost we will despatch a replacement order (stock willing) or issue a refund in full.
