RETURN & EXCHANGE
SoofKala strives to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
SoofKala will replace the product free of cost if the product is damaged. Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must have to send the invoice of the product via mail. We will do refund as per your feasible option. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to SoofKala.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
At this point, we will not be accepting returns or refunds on International orders.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.
