SoofKala is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except, Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Each craftsman and handicraft process of Artist is unique, so in odd case shipping times may vary.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

CANCELLATION
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
NON-AVAILABILITY,ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.
